We ship all our products worldwide with our shipping partner UPS.
The processing time for your orders is about 1-2 business days. The subsequent delivery time depends on the country of delivery:
For domestic deliveries within Germany, it takes max. 2 business days.
International delivery times are max. 5 working days.
Under certain circumstances, there may be increased delivery times. If a product is no longer immediately available from stock, a corresponding remark is set in the store at item level. More detailed information on possible delivery delays can be found in this remark.
Dispatch costs (plus VAT) depend on the delivery country:
For domestic deliveries within Germany, we charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value): From an order value of 30.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost within Germany. For orders below 30.00 €, we charge 6.00 € (plus VAT) per order within Germany. For deliveries abroad, we calculate the shipping costs per order depending on the delivery area. Therefore, we created a number of delivery zones. Please check the delivery zone of your country and the according dispatch costs within the section “Payment & Shipping” (Link: https://shop.yellowtec.com/pages/shipping).

The zone "Europe" includes Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal (except Azores & Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Slow. Rep., Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla), Czech. Rep., Hungary
For deliveries to the countries of Zone "Europe" we charge a flat rate of 15.00 € (plus VAT) per order.
We accept payments via PayPal or credit card (Visa / Mastercard). If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
